The hotel offers excellent value for the price paid, with well-equipped rooms that have a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 televisions, complimentary continental breakfast, and a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport and ferry terminal in Juneau. While the beds might not be the most comfortable, the overall experience is fantastic.

The rooms were very well lit from the parking lot lights and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer, 2 televisions, and a complimentary continental breakfast. The only downside was that the beds were not the most comfortable.

Services like housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle, and shuttle service were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right by the water and with shops and sites just around the corner. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need, and the kitchen was a real bonus. The service was a bit lacking in information at times, but overall, the staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Dining could have been a bit more diverse, but the homemade pizza was a standout. The facilities were great, and the price was fair for all that was offered.

I had an amazing 5-night stay at this hotel. The room was perfect and much better value than other overpriced options I had seen. The staff went out of their way to help me, and the location was superb, just across from the whale sculpture and walking distance to the cruise departure. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and there was a strong carpet deodorizer in the room.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly spacious with fully stocked kitchens and even laundry facilities, making it super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was excellent. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with mostly sugary items. The location was perfect, close to downtown but away from the busy areas. The service was impeccable, with helpful staff. Overall, a great value for the money.
